Step 1. From the store owner profile, log into your Shopify store account.
Step 2. Access your Shopify admin panel and access the Plans option in the Settings menu.
Step 3. Access the Pause or cancel the subscription and click on the Pause and build plan.
Step 4. Read the plan details and click on the Switch to Pause and build option.
Note that your store needs to be on a paid plan and at least 60 days past the free trial period to successfully Pause your Shopify store.

How To Cancel Shopify Subscription?
To cancel your Shopify subscription, follow these steps.
Step 1. From the store owner profile, log into your Shopify store account.
Step 2. Access your Shopify admin panel and access the Plansoption in the Settings menu.
Step 3. Access the Pause or cancel the subscription and click on the Cancel Subscription plan.
Step 4. Read the plan details and click on the Cancel subscription and close store option.

Step 6. Now enter your password, and click on Close Store.
Once you’ve closed the store, you receive an email to confirm that your store has closed. You can still re-open your store or view your past bills, and your store’s information is guaranteed for 2 years.
